Collecting and Using Your Personal Data
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data & User Records
This Application does not collect or transmit any personally identifiable information to the Company or any third parties. All database collections, tables, records, and notes created by You are stored locally on Your Device via SQLite/Room.
Database Connection Credentials
The Application functions as a client to your custom databases (such as Supabase or self-hosted PostgreSQL). To synchronize data, You may be required to input connection credentials (such as URLs, hostnames, database names, usernames, passwords, API keys, or tokens). These credentials are used solely for the purpose of authenticating Your connection to Your database. They are stored locally on Your Device. We do not have access to Your credentials, and they are never shared with Us or any third parties.
File Attachments & Storage
The Application allows You to upload and attach files (such as Images, PDFs, and Documents) to Your records. If configured, these files are cached locally for offline accessibility and synced directly to Your own Supabase Storage bucket. We do not host, store, or have access to Your attachments or files.
Device Permissions
To support attachment functionality, the Application may request the following permissions on Your Device:
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: To select and attach image, PDF, or document files to your database records.
- INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To sync records and files to your own Supabase database and storage, and to report crash telemetry.
Crash & Telemetry Data
We use Bugsnag to monitor application stability and performance. When an unhandled crash or managed error occurs, Bugsnag may collect diagnostic data, including device state, operating system version, navigation transition history (breadcrumbs), and stack traces. This data is used solely to debug issues and improve the Application. It does not contain any of your personal notes, records, files, or database credentials.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company does not collect or use Personal Data.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company does not retain any Personal Data as We do not operate servers that store Your data. Your credentials, notes, files, and other data remain on Your Device or on Your configured databases/storage until You choose to remove them.
Data Transfer and Sharing
Your data is not transferred to or shared with the Company or any third parties, except for diagnostic telemetry reports sent to Bugsnag to ensure app stability. All database and storage interactions occur directly between Your Device and the Supabase or PostgreSQL server You configure.
Security of Your Data
The security of Your data is important to Us. Your credentials, notes, and local files are stored securely on Your device. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
